Find the long questions already sending people to your site
A search of eight words or more is almost always a real question. Google already shows your site for some of them. Most sites never look, so most never answer them on purpose. Search Console has the list, and it is free.

The 8-word trick, by hand
You can do this today without us.
- Open Search Console, then Performance and Search results.
- Choose New, then Query, then Custom (regex) and Matches regex.
- Paste this, which matches any search of eight or more words:
^(?:\S+\s+){7,}\S+$ - Choose a window of about the past three months, then sort the table by Impressions.
- Click a question, then Pages, to see which of your pages Google shows for it, and at what position.
Questions with many impressions and few clicks are the ones to answer: Google already thinks your page is relevant, but the page does not say the answer where a reader looks first.
